| Course Description | Scope and Purpose of the Course: The Molecular Pathology Techniques course aims to teach basic molecular biology processes and techniques used in molecular pathology that will help students understand pathological processes at the cellular and genetic level. This course teaches the technical details, application and place of technologies such as DNA and RNA isolation and analysis techniques, PCR, qPCR, FISH and DNA sequencing, which are basic molecular biology methods. This course aims to provide students with the ability to know the details of molecular biology techniques, compare them and apply them to specific situations. |
