| Course Description | This course covers commercial enterprise law, trade companies, and commercial papers. It provides an in-depth analysis of the concept of a commercial enterprise, the types of trade companies (ordinary partnership, collective, commandite, limited, joint-stock companies), the concept of commercial papers, and the types of commercial papers regulated by the Turkish Commercial Code. |
