Course Description

To teach basic statistical concepts, sampling, correlation and regression analysis, experimental setups, quality control methods, bioavailability and bioequivalence concepts.

Course Contents

1^st Week	Basic statistical concepts; definitions, descriptive statistics; classification of data
2^nd Week	Mean and location measures, prevalence measures.
3^rd Week	Sampling methods
4^th Week	Sample size and power calculation
5^th Week	Randomization, blinding (masking)
6^th Week	Experimental setups in clinical studies
7^th Week	Midterm
8^th Week	Correlation, linear regression and nonlinear regression analysis
9^th Week	Multi-agent trials (2x2, 2x3, 2x2x2)
10^th Week	Statistical analysis of bioavailability and bioequivalence studies
