Course Description
This course serves as an introduction to the field of electricity and electronics. It covers the definition and measurement of electrical quantities (current, voltage, resistance, power, energy), basic analysis methods for direct current (DC) and alternating current (AC) circuits, and the fundamental properties of passive circuit elements (resistance, coil, capacitor) and semiconductor elements (diode, transistor, etc.). By the end of the course, students will be able to identify basic circuit elements and analyze simple electrical and electronic circuits.
