At the end of this course, the students;
- Understand the effects of attitudes, perceptions, personality and values on behaviours in organisations.
- Explain the relationships and human behaviour in organisations using theoretical knowledge about organisational behaviour.
- Explain individual and group behaviours in the light of the concepts of structure, culture, job satisfaction, power, leadership theories and group dynamics in organisations.
- Explain the concepts of communication, job satisfaction, motivation and managerial outcomes within the scope of organisational behaviour.
- Know the concepts and practices of conflict management, negotiation, change and stress management within the scope of organisational behaviour.
- Explain the management of differences in organisations.
