- Learns the concepts related to management and organization, decision-making process, management, planning and organizational structure,

| Course Description | Concepts related to management and organization, decision-making process, management, planning and organizational structure are taught. Classical management organization theory, neo-classical organization theory, system approach, contingency approach are discussed.
