Course Description

The objective of the course is to teach the basic concepts, application fields, individual contracts and collective bargaining, the development and application of social security system in Turkey.

1^st Week	The topic of Business law, birth and development
2^nd Week	The basic principles of business law, resources, concepts
3^rd Week	Description of the Job contract, the legal nature
4^th Week	Type of job contract, business law, debts of the parties
5^th Week	Termination of employment contract and the results
6^th Week	Notice, severance pay and in bad faith
7^th Week	Unions (workers, employers and trade unions, public officials)
8^th Week	Midterm exam
9^th Week	Collective bargaining, strikes and lockouts
10^th Week	Social security law
11^th Week	Insurance types
12^th Week	Unemployment insurance
13^th Week	Individual pension insurance
14^th Week	General Health Insurance
