At the end of this course, the students;

  2. Evaluate the sources of insurance law in their entirety.
  3. Consult the appropriate sources in the correct order for specific insurance problems.

  5. Gain expertise in understanding the rules of insurance law.
  6. Define the scope of the principles of good faith, disclosure, and information in insurance law.
  7. Compare with Turkish Commercial Code.
  8. Recognize new institutions in the field of insurance law.

Course DescriptionThis course is designed to teach the general principles of insurance law, including the concept of insurance, insurance supervision law, insurance contracts, and types of insurance.
