Course DescriptionTurkish Civil Code Beginning Clauses, Definition of Civil Law, Sources of Law, Clause of Honesty and misuse of individual rights, Principle of Goodwill; Law of Persons: Concept of Personality, Real Persons, Legal Persons: Associations, Foundations are taught in the course.
