Learning Outcomes

At the end of this course, the students;

In this course, the term of malpractice will be examined and the potential legal liabilityy and the consequences of malpractice in private, public and administrative law will be explained. In the following weeks, types of evidence and the legal method for gathering of evidence will be argued. Prohibitions on evidence gathering the legal consequences of not complying with these prohibitions will be discussed, specifically in malpractice cases.
