Learning Outcomes

At the end of this course, the students;

In this course, after examining the rights and responbilities of medical doctors and the other healthcare employees, the vertical and the horizontal relationship in between medical doctors and the other healthcare employees will be studied based on the type of crimes which may be committed in the area of healthcare. Every type of crime will be examined by separating them into their elements such as act, unlawfullness and fault. Crimes will be evaluated under the titles of attempt, participation and concurrence. The course content will benefit from the books General Provisions of Criminal Law and Special Provisions of Criminal Law, thesis written in the field, monographs, articles and Supreme Court decisions.
