Learning Outcomes

At the end of this course, the students;

In this course, students will become familiar with the concepts of patient and physician, and they will discuss the legal nature of the diagnosis and treatment contract established between the patient and the physician. They will gain knowledge about the historical development of the contract, its elements, and the obligations of the parties. Additionally, the course will cover what happens in case of a breach of the contract and the circumstances under which the contract will terminate.

In this course, the Diagnostic and Treatment Agreement will be studied, and current debates and fundamental concepts related to this agreement will be examined
