learn the definitions, their legal status and their positions of regulative and supervisory authorities in the Turkish administrative organization.

Course Description

Regulative and supervisory authorities are located at many points of daily life, and they undertake the duties of establishing rules for service provision and inspecting services. This course is a course that examines the historical process of regulative and supervisory authorities, which have an important place in the Turkish administrative organization, and their position in comparative law and Turkish law within the framework of the legislation.
