Learning Outcomes
At the end of this course, the students;
To be able to examine the research process (problem identification, data collection, data analysis and interpretation of results).
To review the main scientific research methods (experimental method, descriptive method etc.)
To learn the techniques of finding a research question, constructing a hypothesis, conceptualizing, operationalizing, measuring, data collection, data analysis, evaluating/interpreting data, and writing a report so that they can conduct research on a particular topic.
To be able to perform the hypothesis tests using PASW software through parametric and non-parametric statistical tests in the course.

Course Description
At the end of this course, students; examines the research process (problem identification, data collection, data analysis and interpretation of results), reviews major scientific research methods (experimental method, descriptive method, etc.) learn the techniques of constructing, conceptualizing, operationalizing, measuring, data collection, data analysis, data evaluation/interpretation and report writing. In the course, it is demonstrated by using PASW software how to conduct the hypothesis tests through parametric and non-parametric statistical tests.
