One of the most commonly used criterias is the classification by legal protection demanded from the court. The lawsuits classified by demanded legal protection fall under four categories as action for performance, declaratory lawsuit, ?indefinite personal action? and constitutive lawsuit. ?The indefinite personal action? has been brough into our legal system with the Law on civil procedure (No.6100).
