At the end of this course, the students;
- Solve problems by interpreting the provisions regarding the law of commercial enterprise.
- Use general principles and concepts and have apply them to concrete events.
- Have the information to comprehend, predict and resolve the problems arising in business relationships.
- Understand and evaluate the concept of commercial enterprise and tarnsactions arising in connection with it.
- Use the theoretical knowledge in pracitce regarding commercial business and its legal consequences, commercial statements, commercial lawsuit and the definitons of commercial enterprise and merchant.
